​Cancellations for any service provided within 24 hours will not be refunded.

Cancellations before 48 hours will receive a credit towards future training or services based on availability and similar costs.

Payment is due in advance of any training/ all service sessions or block bookings. Accepted payment methods are direct bank transfer, PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.

Once your sessions have occurred and you want to renew, you must pay for all further sessions booked with Henley Fitness. If you plan to pay by direct bank transfer, let Henley Fitness know or contact enquiries@henleyfitness.com.au.

All payments should be made to Henley Fitness, with the client's name allocated.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Henley Fitness will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.
