In fact, calling her a 'trainer' seriously underdescribes her skills. She is a health and wellbeing coach, as well as an expert in how the human body works.


She designs every single interaction we have based on what I walk in with each week. She watches the way I perform exercises, identifies any tightness or issues preventing my body from performing an optimal movement, and tweaks or halts the exercises on the spot to customise it for me. 


Her innate and thoroughly studied knowledge of the functional human body, and how it connects to the gut and brain is unique. She also has a network of tried and trusted professionals that she refers you to if you need something different. I always walk out of sessions feeling and moving better than when I walked in. "

The staff provide undivided attention to suit individual needs as we are all very different. 2022 especially has been the testimonial of my fitness when undergoing foot surgery, which required a huge timeout recovery process.
