Tristan and Sally, the co-founders, aren't ex-athletes but rather everyday people who have witnessed the transformative power of consistent training. We've faced the same pressures of family life and work, and we comprehend the crucial role a structured fitness program plays in managing stress.
Having navigated mental health challenges, particularly during the COVID-19 era, we have firsthand experience of the profound impact that strength training can have on both physical and mental well-being. We believe that fitness is an integral component of a holistic approach to wellness.
Our motivation stems from the desire to reach more people and enhance their lives through strength and conditioning. Witnessing clients achieve their goals is what fuels our passion and gets us out of bed every morning. My specialties include Functional Strength and Conditioning, with CrossFit and Kettlebell Training certifications.
But it's not just about the exercises - it's about doing them right. I'm passionate about teaching correct techniques to prevent injuries and ensure optimal results. As a seasoned CrossFit and Martial Arts athlete, I've seen firsthand the transformative power of strength training, especially during challenging times.
